摘　　要：目的探索社区超声专业人员的规范化培训方法。方法对北京市朝阳区社区医院从事超声专业的医务人员进行规范化培训,其中包括专业理论授课和基本技能培训。结果专业人员持证上岗和接受继续教育。结论通过规范化培训,提升社区超声专业队伍的服务水平,更好地为社区患者服务。Objectiv To explore a method to train the ultrasound professionals in community. Methods Ultrasound professionals in community in Chaoyang district in Beijing were taught by standardization, including special theory teaching and fundamental skill training. Results The professional work with the certificate and they receive continuing education. Conclusion The service of ultrasound professionals in community has been upgraded, and they can provide better services to the patients in community.
