摘  要:针对传统扭轮摩擦传动机构对传动轴和扭轮尺寸精度要求高,以及传动轴和扭轮之间易出现过压和欠压现象的不足,设计了一种扭轮和传动轴之间正压力可调的新型摩擦传动机构,放宽了对传动轴和扭轮尺寸的精度要求。分析了扭轮摩擦传动机构的导程和正确传动所满足的条件,研究了机构正压力的特点以及正压力和安装架调节量之间的关系,并介绍了基于扭轮摩擦传动的超精密工作台。In traditional twist-roller frictional driving mechanism the dimensional precision of shaft and twist-roller is too high,and the contact force between the shaft and the twist-roller is tend to too great or too little,to resolve these problems,a new style twist-roller frictional structure was designed,in the designed structure the contact force between the shaft and the roller is adjustable.The lead of the new mechanism and conditions which is essential for correct driving were analyzed,the character of the contact force and the relationship between the contact force and adjust measure were studied,and moreover,the 1D ultra-precision worktable based on twist-roller driving mechanism was introduced.
