结肠灵对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠bcl-2 mRNA表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨结肠是治疗溃疡性结肠炎的机制。方法将实验动物分成6组，即正常组、模型组、结肠灵高、中、低剂量组、西药对照纽。RT-PCR法检测结肠组织bcl-2mRNA表达。结果模型组、中药高、低剂量组bcl-2mRNA表达高于正常组，与正常组比较有显著差异，中药中剂量组、西药组与正常组比较无显著差异。中药高、低剂量组bcl-2mRNA表达高于西药组，与西药组比较有显著差异，中药中剂量组与西药组比较无显著差异。结论结肠灵是通过降低bcl-2mRNA表达起到治疗作用。Objective To study the mechanisms of Jiechangling on curing ulcerative colitis（UC）. Methods The experiemental animal were randomized into six groups,including normal group, analogue group, Jiechangling high dose group, Jiechangling medium dosage group, Jiechangling low dose group, western medicine control group, The bcl-2 mRNA expressions of colon structure were detected through the modus called PT-PCR ,There are significant difference between analogue group, chinese medicine high dose group, chinese medicine low dose group and normal group, The bcl-2 mRNA expressions of analogue group, chinese medicine high dose group, chinese medicine low dose group were higher than the normal group. The difference between chinese medicine medium dosage group, western medicine control group and normal group are not significant. There are significant difference between chinese medicine high dose group,chinese medicine low dose group and western medicine control group. And the chinese medicine high dose group and low dose group are higher than the western medicine control group. The difference between chinese medicine medium dosage group and western medicine control group are not significant. Conclusion Jiechangling used in the treatment of ulcerative colitis that functions by depressing the expressions of the bcl-2 mRNA.
