摘 要:目的研究人晶状体上皮细胞中衰老标记蛋白-30(senescence marker protein-30,SMP-30)的表达,探讨其在白内障发生发展中的作用及临床意义。方法制备57例人晶状体前囊膜、4例正常人肝组织和2例正常人肾组织的石蜡切片。采用免疫组织化学SP法检测SMP-30在晶状体上皮细胞中的表达,并结合临床资料进行统计分析。结果实验发现SMP-30在白内障晶状体上皮细胞的表达较透明晶状体弱(P<0.05),其在晶状体上皮细胞的表达与性别、年龄未见相关性。结论SMP-30在晶状体上皮细胞表达的减少可能导致白内障的发生。Objective To study the expression of senescence marker protein-30(SMP-30) in human lens epithelial cells and explore its possible role and clinical significance in the emergence and development of cataract.Methods Four normal liver,two normal kidney samples and 57 human anterior lens capsule were used for detection.Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of SMP-30 in lens epithelial cells.The results associated with clinical data were analyzed statistically.Results The expression of SMP-30 in transparence lens epithelial cells was higher than that in cataract lens epithelial cells(P〈0.05).And it had no correlation with sex and age.Conclusion The reduction of SMP-30 expression in lens epithelial cells may result in the emergence of cataract.
