摘 要:基底细胞癌和鳞状细胞癌是常见的皮肤肿瘤,其发病与多种因素有关。从遗传学的角度上看肿瘤是一种基因病,以往由于研究条件的限制,人们对于涉及的基因并不了解。随着转基因以及基因打靶技术的不断完善,研究者已经能够精确研究肿瘤发病中相关基因的具体作用,这对于明确肿瘤发病机制及指导治疗均提供有利的平台。以基底细胞癌和鳞状细胞癌为例,对转基因动物技术在皮肤肿瘤研究领域的最新研究进展概述。Basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma are common cutaneous tumors which are related to multiple factors. Tumors are genopathies from the viewpoint of genetics, and the possible involved genes have been unclear due to the restriction of technique and tools in the past. With the improvement in transgenic and gene targeting technique, researchers have been able to accurately study the concrete functions of special genes in the pathogenesis of tumors, which may benefit the identification of tumor pathogenesis and guidance of treatment. In this paper, basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma are taken for examples to outline the latest progress in transgenic technology in the research of cutaneous tumors.
