摘 要:选取银川市城市生态系统为研究对象,借鉴了城市生态安全的评价方法,利用状态-压力-响应(P-S-R)模型,从资源环境压力、资源环境状态、人文环境响应三个方面,建立了其评价指标体系,从时间尺度上(1997-2004)对银川市生态安全进行了定量评估和趋势分析,认为:银川市生态安全指数从1997年的0.472增加至2004年的0.666,生态安全整体水平呈逐年上升趋势,但其中还存在一些不安全因子造成生态压力不断增大及生态安全水平仍处于中度安全水平,最后针对发展中存在的问题提出了改善和提高银川市生态安全的对策措施。With rapid economic and society development, ecological security has becoming one of the key factors restricting sustainable development; there is an urgent need for appreciating urban ecological securityl Through the assessment, decision makers can get more information of the status of urban ecological security and can make rea- sonable strategies to resolves the problems. This paper selects the city ecosystem of Yinchuan, Ningxia Province, China, as the case and adopts the methodology of city ecological security assessment. Using Pressure -State -ResPonse model, the paper established the assessment index system, discussed the present situation and the tendency of ecology security at Yinchuan City from 1997 -2004 from three aspects of environmental resource pressure, environmental status and social environment respondse. The results show that the integrated index tended to increase continually from 0.4729 (1997) to 0.666 (2004) in the last 8 years, but some unsafe indexes are still existed, which lead more intense ecological pressure to the region. Finally, aiming at the existing problems, some countermeasures are put forward for improving and enhancing the ecological security of Yinchuan City.
