摘  要:目的:研究乳腺癌组织中组织因子(tissuefactor,TF)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrixmetalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)的表达并分析其阳性表达与预后的关系。方法:应用二步法(EnVision)免疫组化方法检测71例乳腺癌组织中TF和MMP-9的表达情况并分析其随访资料。结果:TF和MMP-9在71例乳腺癌组织中染色阳性率分别为43.7%和42.3%。K-M法单因素分析显示其阳性表达患者的5年生存率低于阴性患者(P<0.05)。COX多因素分析提示TNM分期、淋巴结转移是乳腺癌的预后因子,而TF、MMP-9不能作为独立预后因子(P>0.05)。结论:TF和MMP-9在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率较高,对判断患者的预后有一定的作用。Objective: To detect the expression of transferrin (TF) and MMP-9 in breast cancer and to investigate its significance in prognosis. Methods: The expression of TF and MMP-9 in 71 breast cancer specimens was detected by EnVision immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive expression rate of TF and MMP-9 was 43.7% and 42.3%, respectively. Kaplan-Meier survival curves showed that the 5-year survival rate of the patients with positive expression of TF and MMP-9 was lower than that of the patients with negative expression of TF and MMP-9(P〈0.05). However, multivariate analysis showed that TNM-staging and lymph node metastasis were significant prognostic factors, and the expression of TF and MMP-9 were not independent prognostic factors (P〉0.05). Conclusion: The positive rate of TF and MMP-9 expression was high in breast cancer tissues. TF and MMP-9 expression levels might be able to provide prognostie infformation.
