超声造影在肾上腺肿瘤的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨超声造影在肾上腺肿瘤的应用价值。方法分析25例肾上腺肿瘤应用对比脉冲序列成像技术和SonoVue超声造影的特点。结果CDFI显示3例肾上腺肿瘤内部有血流信号,而超声造影22例肿瘤可见强化。转移瘤、嗜铬细胞瘤和体积较大的腺瘤造影剂充填较快,达峰强度稍低于周围肝肾实质或相当;体积较小的腺瘤、节细胞神经纤维瘤、神经鞘膜瘤和髓性脂肪瘤造影剂缓慢充填,达峰强度明显低于肝肾实质。结论超声造影能清晰显示肾上腺肿瘤的血流灌注情况,是常规超声的有力补充。Objective To evaluate the value of contrast- enhanced ultrasonography （CEUS） in the diagnosis of adrenal tumor. Methods Twenty- five cases were examined with CEUS using SonoVue and contrast pulse sequence imaging technique. Results Blood flow signals were seen in only 3 adrenal tumors in color Dopper flow imaging, but the echo intensity of 22 adrenal tumors was enhanced in CEUS. The intensity was enhanced rapidly in adrenal metastatic tumor, chromaffin tumor and large adenoma, homogenicity to surrounding liver or renal parenchyma, while enhanced slowly in little adenoma, nodal cell fthroneuroma, endoneural membrane tumor and marrow liparomphalus with lower echo to liver or renal parenchyma. Conclusion CEUS can show blood supply information of adrenal tumor and provide important supplements to the conventional ultrasound.
