类实性腮腺腺淋巴瘤的内部回声特征分析

摘　　要：目的探讨类实性腮腺腺淋巴瘤的内部回声特征及半定量分析对其诊断的价值。方法手术后病理证实的18个类实性腮腺腺淋巴瘤和12个腮腺混合瘤的内部回声进行半定量分析,比较其回声特征和差别。结果类实性腮腺腺淋巴瘤内部为不均质的低回声,而腮腺混合瘤的内部为较均质的低回声;内部回声平均灰阶值前者(22.6±12.4)dB明显高于后者(8.9±6.4)dB,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论内部回声半定量分析有助于显示类实性腮腺腺淋巴瘤的内部回声特征,对其诊断有较大价值。Objective To explore the sonographie texture features of solid- like parotid adenolymphoma and its possible application on differential diagnosis.Methods The sonographie texture features of 18 solid- like parotid adenolymphoma and 12 parotid pleomorphic adenomas confirmed by pathology were semi- quantitatively analyzed, the differences of their features were analyzed, Results The texture features of the solid - like parotid adenolymphoma were characteristically as homogeneous hypoechoic, while the pleomorphic adenomas were heterogeneous hypoechoic. The biases of sonographic texture characteristics of the adenolymphoma was significantly higher than that of pleomorphic adenomas（22.6 ± 12.4 vs 8.9 ± 6.4, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The semi - quantitative analysis of sonographic texture can help to display features of solid- like parotid adenolymphoma and it is also useful in differential diagnosis.
