摘　　要：目的:探讨玻璃体切除手术在严重眼外伤患者中的应用。方法:对我院2002-10/2004-04收治的31例(32眼)复杂眼外伤患者进行玻璃体手术治疗。结果:绝大部分患者视功能得到较好程度的恢复,异物取出率100%,视网膜复位率78%,晶状体植入率82%。结论:伤后及时就诊,准确掌握手术时机,应用现代玻璃体视网膜及人工晶状体植入手术技术能有效地治疗严重眼外伤,能最大限度挽救患者的视功能。AIM：To explore the application of vitrectomy in patients with severe ocular trauma.METHODS： A total of 31 cases （32 eyes） with complex ocular trauma admitted to our hospital between October 2002 and April 2004 were performed pars plana vitrectomy. RESULTS： The visual function of most patients was greatly improved. The rate of foreign body extraction was 100%; the rate of retinal reattachment was 78%; the general rate of intraocular lens implantation was 82%. CONCLUSION： Timely clinic visit after injury, mastery of operation time, and skilled technique of modern vitreous and retinal surgery and intraocular lens implantation could effectively treat severe ocular trauma, recovering patients＇ visual function to maximal extent.
