以企业生命周期为主线的“战略管理”实践教学构想

摘　　要：以现有的理论导向和实践导向两种战略管理课程体系为基础,提出了适合本科阶段教学要求的以实践为导向的战略管理课程体系基本架构。该架构以企业生命周期为战略思维逻辑主线,展开战略问题质疑、理论基础探思和实践方法求解,形成战略管理的主体——事业战略、总体战略和战略变革。Based on the existing course system of theory- oriented and practice -oriented strategic management, this paper brings forward a new practice - oriented system of strategic management which is adaptive to undergraduates＇need. According the corporation lifecycle as the logical essence, the new system probes into strategic problems, analyzes theoretical foundation, and puts forward practical measures, which on the whole form the main body of strategic management business strategy, corporation strategy and strategy transformation.
