子宫肌瘤介入治疗前后卵巢功能变化对比研究

摘　　要：目的探讨选择性子宫动脉栓塞(TUAE)治疗子宫肌瘤对卵巢内分泌功能的影响。方法选择40例用聚乙烯明胶海绵(PVA)栓塞双侧子宫动脉的32-49岁的育龄妇女和40例同年龄段的健康育龄妇女作为研究对象,通过栓塞前和栓塞后问询围绝经期症状和E2、hLH及FSH的随访检测、经前诊断性刮宫病理学检查,了解生殖内分泌改变。结果月经观察无闭经发生,经前诊断性刮宫子宫内膜症分泌期改变,E2、hLH及FSH的随访检测在栓塞前和栓塞后的改变无显著差异(P>0.05);与对照组也无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论TUAE是一项安全的治疗子宫肌瘤的技术,对卵巢功能和正常子宫肌组织无不良的影响。Objective To evaluate influence of ovaries metergasis in therapying hysteromyoma with transcatheter uterine artery embolization （TUAE）.Methods As a studying object, forty child-bearing women,32-49 years old, embolizing uterine artery with pva, and forty physical fitness child-bearing women with equals age comprehend reproductive-endocrine aherafion before and after embolization with perimenopausal symptom, endometrial cytopathologic examination by curettage in premenarche and detecting E2, hLH and FSH by follow-up. Results non-menostasia in menstr phase, secretion phase alteration using endometrial cytopathologic examination by curettage in premenarche and detecting E2,hLH and FSH by follow-up before and after embolization are no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion TUAE is a safe technique for the therapy of hysteromyoma and there is no infaust influence for ovaries function and normo-uterine musular tissues.
