摘　　要：在分析国内外相关研究成果的基础上,对影响企业环境管理的因素及其关系以及环境管理对企业绩效将产生的影响进行了分析,提出了企业环境管理的整合性架构模型,并以西北地区材料工业为研究对象,利用相关分析和结构方程模型对模型与研究假设进行实证检验。Based on the past literature review from home and abroad, this study develops an integrative framework of environmental management for enterprises and carries out questionnaire investigation with material enterprises in the Northwest. In the data processing procedure, this study mainly uses structural equation modeling and correlation analysis to verify the model and hypotheses in the study.
