摘　　要：随着IP电话的迅速发展以及电话调度系统的功能扩展要求,IP电话调度系统逐渐成为人们进一步的研究目标。对该系统的系统结构进行了分析和研究,对在该系统中应用到的会话协议和媒体处理方式进行了讨论,最后提出了一种兼顾协议标准和功能需求的实现方法。Along with the rapid development of IP phones and the function requirements of telephone dispatching system , IP telephone dispatching system gradually becomes further research goals. The IP dispatching telephone system＇s structure is analyzed in this paper, and the session protoeol and the media processing way applied to this system is discussed. Finally, the paper proposes the scheme of IP telephone dispatching system to meet the both protocol standard and the function requirements.
