摘　　要：文章以ＧｅＳｉ材料为基础，从理论和实践两方面讨论将波导、调制器、探测器集成在一起的可能性。分析结果表明，三者之间的光集成在理论上是可行的。The possibility of intergrating between waveguide,modulator and photodetector on the basis of GeSi materials is discussed theoretically and practically.The result shows that it's feasible both theoretically and technologically.
