摘  要:研究白刺果对大鼠血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-PX)活性及丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量的影响。以成年Wistar大鼠40只分为4组:对照组、白刺果高剂量组、白刺果中剂量组、白刺果低剂量组,饲养5周后,测定其血清中GSH-PX的活性和MDA的含量。结果:白刺果高剂量组与对照组相比血清中GSH-PX的活性显著提高(P<0.01);而其他两组与对照组比较统计学检验无显著性差异(P>0.05)。对于血清中MDA含量测定表明3种剂量组与对照组比较都无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:高浓度的白刺果可增强大鼠血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性。To study the effects of Nitraria tangutoum Bor on activities of glutahione peroxidase (GSH-PX)and malondialdehyde( MAD )levels in serum of the rats. Forty wistar's rats were distributed into 4 groups with 10 rats in each. Group 1 is control group, group 2 with high dosage of Nitraria tangutoum Bor, group 3 with middle dosage of Nitraria tangutoum Bor, group 4 with low dosage of Nitraria tangutoum Bor. GSH-PX activities and MDA levels in serum were measured after 5 weeks. Results:The activities of GSH-PX in high dosage group of Nitraria tangutoum Bor is increased significantly than those of the control group (P〈0.01), there are no marked difference of GSH-PX levels in serum (P〉0.05) of other experimental observation groups. Meantime the control group comparing with experimental observation groups was no marked difference of the MDA levels in serum (P〉0.05). Conclusion: It was suggested that Nitraria tangutoum Bor high dosage groups could improve the activities of GSH-PX in serum of the rats.
