前牙色度学指标与视感色差关系的研究

摘　　要：目的研究前牙色度学指标与视感色差关系，指导临床对牙齿比色与配色。方法选择2篇研究报告的前牙和比色板的CIE1976L^＊a^＊b^＊表色系统的L^＊、a^＊、b^＊数据，计算各自的△E^＊94和△C^＊ab。结果男性上下颌同名前牙的△E^＊94为1．03～3，24，中切牙与尖牙的△E^＊94为1，71—3，74。女性上下颌同名前牙的△E^＊94为2.77—3．68，中切牙与尖牙的△E^＊94为3．11～4．69。Vita 3D相邻一级彩度比色片的△E^＊94为2．15—3．82，相邻二级彩度比色片的△E^＊94为4．62～5．81。Vita C相邻一级彩度比色片的△E^＊94为2．03～5．75，相邻二级彩度比色片的△E^＊94为4．20～8．86。结论从比色和配色考虑，男性上下颌切牙的彩度宜同级或下颌切牙比上颌切牙低半级，女性下颌切牙比上颌切牙低一级彩度，尖牙高于中切牙一级彩度配色为宜。Objective To analyze the color differences between natural maxillary and mandibular anterior teeth. Methods △Eg^＊94 and A CA were calculated from the value of L^＊ , a ^＊ and b^＊ , which were obtained from two present investigations. Results △Eg^＊94 ranged from 1.03 to 3.24 between natural maxillary and mandibular anterior teeth in male, 1,71 to 3, 74 between the central incisors and canines in male, 2.77 to 3.68 and 3.11 to 4.69 in female, respectively. △Eg^＊94 varied from 2.15 to 3.82 between two pieces of shade tabs of Vitapan 3D-Master shade guide （ one Chroma level difference） in the same Value and Hue, 4.62 to 5.81 between those with two Chroma level difference in the same Value and Hue, 2.03 to 5.75 and 4.20 to 8.86 in Vitapan Classical shade guide, respectively. Conclusion Maxillary incisors are similar in Chroma to mandibular incisors, or half of Chroma level higher than mandibular incisors in male. Mandibular incisors are one Chroma level lower than maxillary incisors in female. Canines are one Chroma level higher than maxillary central incisors in male and female.
