人参茎叶皂甙及其与5-氟尿嘧啶合用的抗肿瘤研究

摘　　要：目的观察人参茎叶皂甙(GSL)及其与5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)不同剂量合用对小鼠移殖性肿瘤S180的抑瘤作用,及对免疫器官的影响。方法采用昆明种小鼠,随机分组进行实验,观察GSL及其与5-Fu不同剂量合用与单用5-Fu对小鼠移殖性肿瘤S180抑瘤率的差别以及对胸腺指数、脾脏指数、肝脏指数的影响。结果5-Fu(25 mg/kg)、GSL(100 mg/kg)、GSL+5-Fu(100 mg/kg,25 mg/kg)、GSL+5-Fu(100 mg/kg,12.5 mg/kg)对小鼠S180均有抑制肿瘤生长的作用。抑瘤率分别为56.00%(P<0.01)、51.34%(P<0.01)、51.86%(P<0.01)、40.27%(P<0.01)。结论各给药组对小鼠移殖性肿瘤S180均有较强抑制肿瘤生长的作用,5-Fu可使荷瘤小鼠胸腺、肝脏、脾脏指数明显降低,而GSL对荷瘤小鼠胸腺、肝脏指数无明显降低,但对脾脏指数有明显降低,而与不同剂量5-Fu合用,不能预防荷瘤小鼠胸腺、肝脏、脾脏指数的降低。Objective It is to observe the restraining tumor action of Ginseng stems and leaves saponin （GSL） and combined with different dosage 5 - fluorouracil（5 - Fu） on transplanted tumor 8180 of mice and the influence on immune.organ. Methods Kunming species mice were chosen and randomly divided into five groups. The difference of restraining tumor rate of GSL combined with different dosage 5 - Fu and 5 - Fu only on transplanted tumor S180 of mice and the influence on thymus index, spleen index and liver index were observed. Results 5 - Fu （25 mg/kg）, GSL （100 mg/kg）, GSL ＋ 5 - Fu （ 100 mg/kg, 25 mg/kg） and GSL ＋ 5 - Fu （ 100 mg/kg, 12.5 mg/kg） all had restraining action on the growth of tumor. The restraining tumor rate was respectively 56.00% （P〈0.01）, 51.34% （P〈0.01）, 51.86% （P〈0.01） and 40.27% （P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The medication administration groups all have stronger restraining action on the growth of tumor on transplanted tumor S180 of mice. 5 - Fu can obviously lower thymus index, liver index and spleen index of tumor-bearing mice. GSL can not obviously lower thymus index and liver index of tumor-bearing mice, but can obviously lower spleen index. GSL combined with different dosage 5 - Fu can nor prevent thymus index, liver index and spleen index of tumor-bearing mice lowered.
