摘　　要：目的探讨T淋巴瘤侵袭转移诱导因子1(Tlymphoma invasion and metastasis inducing factor1,Tiam1)表达与甲状腺癌侵袭转移的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测Tiam1在甲状腺癌及其淋巴结转移癌石蜡组织标本中表达。结果淋巴结转移癌组织中Tiam1表达显著高于甲状腺癌原发灶中的表达(P<0.05);伴发转移的甲状腺癌组织比未发生转移的甲状腺癌组织Tiam1表达明显增强(P<0.05);甲状腺髓样癌、未分化癌组织中Tiam1表达显著高于在乳头状癌、滤泡癌中的表达(P<0.05);高临床分期(III、IV期)甲状腺癌组织中Tiam1表达明显高于其在低临床分期(I、II期)中的表达(P<0.05)。结论Tiam1表达与甲状腺癌侵袭转移密切相关,提示Tiam1在甲状腺癌侵袭转移中起重要作用。Objective To investigate the expression of T lymphoma invasion and metastasis inducing factor 1 （Tiam 1 ） in tissues of thyroid carcinoma and analyze correlation of the expression with invasion and metastasis of thyroid carcinoma. Methods The expression of Tiam 1 in 89 cases primary tumor and metastatic lymph node of thyroid carcinoma patients was determined with immunohistoehemical method. Results The expression of Tiam 1 in metastatic lymph node of thyroid carcinoma patients was significantly higher than that of primary thyroid carcinoma patients （ P 〈 0.05） ; the expression of Tiam 1 in metastatic thyroid tissue was significantly strongger than that non- metastatic thyroid tissues （P 〈 0.05 ） ; with the positive expression of Tiam 1 in clinical stage nl and IV were higher than those in clinical stage I and II （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the expression of Tiam 1 in medullary thyroid carcinoma patients （MTC） and undifferentiated thyroid carcinoma patients （UTC） was significantly higher than that in papillary thyroid carcinoma patients （PTC） and follicular thyroid carcinoma patients （PTC）. Conclusion The high expression of Tiam 1 is correlated with invasion and metastasis of thyroid carcinoma, Tiam 1 may play an important role in tumor cell invasion and metastasis of thyroid carcinoma.
