摘 要:富营养化引起的水体"水华"已成为威胁饮用水安全的严重问题。本文研究了ClO2对"水华"优势藻种——微囊藻的杀灭效果。结果表明:(1)ClO2杀藻效果显著。叶绿素的去除率与ClO2投加浓度、反应时间呈正相关性,与叶绿素初始浓度呈反相关性,反应温度和pH值对于叶绿素去除率影响不明显。当ClO2投加量为2.5mg.L-1,温度25℃时,pH=7.17,反应15min,惠氏微囊藻(102#)和铜绿微囊藻(905#和915#)的杀灭率分别为97.23%、96.2%和92.33%;(2)ClO2预氧化处理含藻水,ClO2预投量为3mg.L-1时,出水叶绿素的去除率达到98.5%,藻的杀灭率达到95%,浊度去除率达到89.08%。与常规水处理工艺相比,ClO2预氧化处理工艺,可以有效灭藻,降低浊度,保证饮用水安全。Water blooms leading by eutrophication had become a serious problem threatening the safety of drinking water. The research on removal of Microcystis by ClO2 was systematically performed in this paper. Results were showed: ( 1 ) ClO2 could effectively remove Microcystis. The removal efficiency of chlorophyll was in positive correlation to ClO2 dosage and the reaction time and in negative correlation to initial concentration chlorophyll, whereas it was affected by temperature and pH value slightly. As ClO2 dosage was 2.5mg · L^-1 ,temperature was 25℃ ,pH value was 7.17 and the reaction time was 15min, the removal efficiency of M. wesenbergii ( 102^# ) and M. aeruginosa ( 905^# 和915^# ) were 97.23% ,96.2% and 92.33% respectively. ( 2 ) preoxidation treatment of Mierocystis in water by ClO2 was investigated, as the dosage of ClO2 was 2.5mg·L^-1 , removal efficiency of chlorophyll and Microcystis were 98.5% and 95% respectively and turbidity decreased to 89.08%. Compared with conventional water treatment methods, preoxidation treatment of ClO2 could effectively remove Microcystis, decreased turbidity and guarantee the drinking water quality.
