摘　　要：应用SWOT方法分析了创业型企业的创新环境,指出其创新环境具有高度的不确定性和复杂性,并用一个博弈模型分析了其创新选择活动的最优对策。着重分析了创业型企业采用模仿策略的可行性,最后提出了其在创新过程中应采用的具体对策。The innovative environment of undertaking type enterprise is analyzed by using SWOT methods, and its uncertainty and complexity is expounded. The optimal strategy is given by analyzing a game model between undertaking type enterprise and leading type enterprise. The paper points out that imitating innovative pattern is feasible to undertaking type enterprise, and puts forward the viable countermeasures to its innovative process.
