摘　　要：对高新区的7大运行机制即市场选择机制、政府支持机制、自主创新机制、合作竞争机制、科技资源配置机制、技术创新协调机制和技术创新激励机制进行了深入研究,并提出了高新区自主创新体系必须通过运行机制的激发和调节才能不断地发展和完善,从而产生出更多的创新成果。The article analyzes seven operation mechanisms in the high-tech development area： market selection, government support, independent innovation, cooperation ＆ competition, the allocation of resources regions, technology innovation coordination and technology innovation stimulation. Without the promotion and adjustment of the operation mechanism, the independent innovation system of the national high-tech development zone could not works well and becomes perfect.
