军团菌病血清流行病学调查与现场杀菌的初步观察

摘　　要：[目的]通过军团菌病血清流行病学调查，了解本区各种人群中军团菌感染情况。寻找较为理想的中央空调系统冷却水军团菌消除方法，为防制军团菌病提供科学依据。[方法]收集各种人群血清用微量凝集法检测军团菌抗体。采用ZG频谱式微电脑杀菌器进行现场军团菌杀灭效果对比实验。[结果]本区各种人群军团菌抗体总阳性率为5．60％，中央空调冷却水军团菌培养阳性单位人群军团菌抗体阳性率为阴性单位人群的5．25倍。经72、240、624h除菌效果观察均无军团菌生长，而对照组持续阳性，菌落数45-198cfu／mL。[结论]本区各种人群中均存在军团菌的感染，应加强对辖区内大型企业、宾馆饭店等中央空调冷却水的监测和卫生管理，如军团菌培养阳性，应采取强制性控制措施。ZG频谱式微电脑杀菌器能有效杀灭军团菌。[Objective] To investigate the infectious status of Legionnaires in different groups of people in Qingpu district, to explore an optimal method to remove Legionnaires in cooling water of central air-conditioner system and to establish a scientific basis for controlling Legionnaires. [Methods] Serum samples of different groups of people were collected and micro - coagulation method was used to detect the anti - body of Legionnaires. Physical bacterial removing method was used to perform the comparative effects assessment through fieldwork experiment. ZG frequency spectral style micro - computer bacterial killer was used to perform the spot bacterium eliminating experi- ment. [ Results] The over all ratio of positive antibody of Legionnaires＇ in different groups of people in Qingpu district was 5.60%. The positive ratio of Legionnaires＇ infection in staffs of organizations showing positive cultivation results in cooling water of air - conditioner was 5.25 times of those with negative results. After sterilization, there was no Legionnaires growth in 72,240,624 hr, while the control group appeared persistent positive. [ Conclusion ]Legionnaires＇ infection existed in different kinds of people. The monitoring and hygienic management of the cooling water of central air - conditioner system in large enterprise, hotels and restaurants should be strengthened. Mandatory control measures should be taken to those organizations with positive Legionnaires results. ZG micro - computer bacte-rial killer can effectively kill the Legionnaires.
