摘　　要：本观点在综合各家动机理论的基础上,利用系统论的方法将动机看作一个"大"系统,该系统包括外部系统、内部系统和中介系统。在阐述了动机系统的各组成要素的动机作用之后,也对行为产生的机制,以及各要素对行为的调节作用进行了探讨。According to Systematic theory in Systematic science, this paper explores a system the motive theory that is based on the various motive theories. This view regards motivation as ＂A big system＂ . It includes Outside system, Inside system and Intermediary system. Thus, this paper also set forth its views about the components of the big system, the mechanism of behaviors and the regulation function of each part on behaviors.
