提速机车轴箱拉杆定位刚度敏感性分析

摘　　要：以我国某一提速机车为例,建立了计算模型,对其进行非线性临界速度计算,并进行直线非线性运行性能分析和曲线通过性能分析,得到机车动力学性能对轴箱拉杆定位刚度变化的敏感性,对轴箱拉杆的刚度进行优化,优化后机车的各主要动力学指标,特别是轮轨动态力有明显的降低.With one speed-raising locomotive as an example, this paper establishes its algorithm model to compute its nonlinear critical velocity, conducts straight line nonlinear operating performance analysis and curve linear performance analysis, and thus obtains the sensitivity of the dynamic performance to the changing of the locating stiffness of the axle-box pull-rod. After the stiffness of the axle-box pull-rod is optimized, the various dynamic indexes of the locomotive, especially the wheel-rail dynamic force, drops significantly.
