摘　　要：分析了车轴盖冲压成形的工艺特点,设计了一副包含完成落料、拉深、冲孔、翻边及修边5道工序的复合模,该模具结构较为复杂但却紧凑;介绍了该模具的结构特点、设计思路、工作过程以及应注意的问题。The punching technical characteristics of the shaft cover were analyzed. A compound die was designed. The die structure is complicated but compact, it includes five processes, which are blanking, drawing, piercing, flanging and trimming. Its structure features, our design method, its operating process and some other problems required to be considered were also introduced.
