摘  要:对武汉市常年坚持冬泳健康男性30名,用放免测试仪测量冬泳运动中老年男性血清皮质醇、催乳素、甲状腺激素(T3)含量。观察冬泳运动机体应激反应时血清皮质醇、催乳素、血清T3浓度变化,探讨机体的冷适应能力。结果发现:1年、3年及3年以上冬泳者出水后血清皮质醇的浓度明显高于入水前;催乳素无统计学意义。首年冬泳组冬泳出水后高于自身安静状态;3年以上安静状态血清T3水平高于对照组;3年以上组冬泳出水后血清T3水平与自身安静状态无统计学意义。说明冬泳运动机体应激反应以血清皮质醇的浓度升高为主;1年和3年以上冬泳者应激能力无差别,冬泳者冷习服建立需要一定的时间。Objective: To observe the changes of cortisol, lactogen and thyroid hormone (T3) in serum of winter swimmers after swimming, and to discuss the cold adaptability. Methods: The contents of cortisol, lactogen and thyroid hormone (T3) in serums were tested of 30 healthy male who persist in winter swimming in Wuhan. Results: After swimming, the concentrations of serum cortisol increased for who have been winter swimmers for 1 year, 3 years, and more than 3 years. But the concentrations of lactogen had no statistic significance. After swimnfing, the contents of T3 in serums increased for the first year winter swimmer. Furthermore, before swimming, the contents of T3 in serums of more than 3 years' winter swimmers were higher than those of the control group. For more than 3 years' winter swimmer, there is no statistic significance of their contents of T3 in serum before and after swimming. Conclusion: The increase of cortisol is the main form of stress response for winter swimmers. The one year winter swimmers and more than three years' winter swimmers have no difference in the stress response capability. Moreover, winter swimmers need some time to have cold adoptability.
