摘　　要：研究在供应商允许零售商采用延迟支付方式的条件下,第三方物流企业向零售商提供存货质押融资服务的定价模型.在分析零售商行动策略的基础上,给出了存货质押融资服务的定价方法.This paper studies the pricing model for inventory impawn financing by third part logistics provider when supplier permits the retailer delayed payments. It formulates the pricing method based on the retailer＇ s policy analysis.
