摘　　要：作为世界上高等教育最发达的国家,美国对高校学生事务的研究与实践一直走在世界的前列,成为世界各国学生事务管理的典范。美国的学生事务管理经历了"替代父母制"、学生人事工作、学生服务、学生发展、SLI计划等阶段,在这一发展与演变过程中,ACPA与NASPA对推动高校学生事务专业化与学术化起到了很大的作用。Having the most advanced higher education in the world, the USA also goes ahead in research and practice in student affairs, setting a model for student personnel administrators around the world. ACPA and NASPA have played an important role in enhancing student affairs academically and specially. They are introduced in details in order to improve the work of student affairs in our country.
