摘 要:本文从企业诊断和信息化效益评价出发,基于信息化平台匹配理论,创新性地提出"信息粒子"概念,并对其进行定义及特性分析,借以研究信息化环境下的企业信息流运行规律、信息流能耗方式与特征,提出能耗最小原则。在此基础上,考察对信息化效益评价有重要影响的因素,进而实现对信息化不同阶段收益变化趋势的描述与研究,为企业信息化效益评价的定量化设计提供可借鉴和有价值的理论内容。This article aims to solve some puzzles of Enterprise Diagnosis (ED) and Informatization Benefit-Evaluation (IBE). For the first time, it brings forward the concept of Information-Particle and gives its definition and analyses its characteristics based on Informatization Platform Matching Theory (IPMT). Under the environment of enterprise Informatization, the paper inspects the running rules of Information-Flow, investigates the mode and characteristic of Information-Flow Energy Consumption (IFEC), and brings forward the principle of Least Energy Consumption. Based on above-mentioned productions, the paper reviews certain important factors, which vitally influenced on IBE, observes those factors in both definition and content, and achieves the description and disquisition on the trend of IBE through the various period of all life cycle of enterprise Informatization. The paper likes to provide useful and valuable theory for quantificational design of IBE.
