MRI对肺癌诊断的临床价值(附30例报告)

摘　　要：目的:分析肺癌的MRI信号特点,以探讨MRI在肺癌诊断中的价值。方法:回顾性分析30例肺癌MRI表现,以同层椎体为背景,按高、中、低三种等级将30例肺癌统计T2WI、T1WI信号强度变化。结果:中央型19例,在T2WI上呈高信号8例,等信号11例,信号均匀11例,信号不均匀8例;在T1WI上呈略高信号7例,等信号11例,低信号1例,信号均匀15例,不均匀4例。周围型11例,在T2WI上呈略高信号6例,等信号5例,信号均匀6例,信号不均匀5例;在T1WI上略高信号3例,等信号8例,信号均匀7例,信号不均匀4例。增强7例均显示明显强化,肿块与纵隔淋巴结呈一致性强化,肿块呈慢强化,阻塞性肺炎呈快速强化,坏死和纤维组织强化不明显。结论:肺癌的MRI平扫信号在T2WI上以稍高信号至等信号为主,在T1WI上以等信号至稍低信号为主,T2WI能区别实质性肿块与坏死、纤维组织和阻塞性病变,MRI扫描对肺癌制定治疗方案具有重要价值。Objective： To stundy MRI characteristics of lung cancer. To dissuss the value of MRI in the diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods：MRI finding in 30 lung cancer with pathologicaUg and clinic proved were retrospectively analyzed. The statistics of the signal intensity changing of high and mudium and low in T2WI and T1WI. Results：The 19 central lung cancer, 8 high and 11 medium of signal intensity, 11 the same and 8 not the same of signal in T2WI, 7 slightly high and 11 medium and 1 low of in signal intensity, 15 the same and 4 not the same in T1WI. The 11 peripheral lung cancer, 6 slightly high and 5 medium, 6 not the same of signal in T2WI; 3 slightly high and 8 medium of in signal intensity, 7 the same and 4 not the same in T1WI. The all increase of signal intensity in 7 increase. The increase of signal intensity at the tumor with enlargment of lymph nodes. At a slower rate of increase in tumor, the fast rate of increase of infection of the lung, the not increase signal in necrosd and fibrotic tissue. Conclusion：The slightly high or medium of signal at T2WI, and medium or slighty signal low at T1WI of lung cancer. The differentiate of tumor from infection of the lung and necrosis or fibrotic tissue in T2WI, MRI scanning play an important role in making treatment plan of lung cancer.
