摘　　要：从海洋石油的长远发展需要出发,分析了现行海洋石油建设工程造价管理上存在的主要问题,给出了海洋石油建设工程造价管理信息系统模式,提出了建立这一系统的总体工作目标和遵循原则,并就组织实施、基础依据、窗口方式、网络化等关键性问题的解决提出了建议。From the long development needs of offshore oil industry, this paper analyzes the main problems in the existed construction project cost management of offshore oil and provides an information system model for the construction project cost management. Meanwhile, the overall targets and guiding principles are proposed to establish the system, and a series of suggestions are given on organization and implementation, basic elements, window, network and other key issues.
