中国鲟鱼养殖业存在的问题及其对策

摘　　要：我国鲟鱼养殖业自20世纪90年代开始发展以来,成长迅速。经过近十年时间,于2000年成为世界第一鲟鱼生产大国。本文在对我国2004-2006年各省市鲟鱼产量、养殖种类、苗种市场和商品鱼市场的最新变化进行描述的基础上,提出了当前鲟鱼养殖业中存在的有效养殖水域缺乏、消费形式单一、杂交育种缺乏控制、鱼病与鱼药、鲟鱼行业协会亟需建立等问题,并针对问题提出了对策。The commercial Sturgeon aquaculture in China began at 1991. After only ten years of rapid development, China became the 1st big production country of Sturgeon in 2000. The statistical production of farmed Sturgeon became more than 10000t from 2004. Based on analyzing the latest status of Chinese Sturgeon aquaculture industry in 2004 to 2006, this paper proposes countermeasures to the main problems of lack of virtual aquiculture water areas, singleness of consumption manner, uncontrolled hybridization, fish disease and medicine control, and the urgent need of setting up the guild of Sturgeon.
