摘　　要：REACH法规自2007年6月1日起正式实施，并陆续有若干细节出台，2008年6月1日开始予注册，在11年内完成现有化学物质全部注册．对于企业来说，最重要的是必需充分了解如何注册，注册丈件内容以及企业生产或销售的化学物质中的高度关注物的申请授权并获得许可。本文对此作了较详细的阐述。The REACH Regulation was put into effest since June 1st, 2007, and its detailed rules have come on the stage in succession The pre-registration will be started on June 1st, 2008 o The whole registration work will be implemented within 11 years. For chemical enterprises ,the first importanf thing is to get a full understanding of how to registrate, the contents of registration document, and the way of application and way of authonization gotter for high concerned substances among the abemicafs of which your ftrm produced and sold.
