摘　　要：根管解剖结构复杂,根管手术显微镜因其良好的光源和适当的放大倍数,无疑能在根管治疗术中发挥重要的作用。该文就根管手术显微镜的组成、特点及其在根管治疗术中的应用作一综述。AIM：Difficulty in treatment of root canal has been increased significantly due to the complex of root canal and popularity of root canal therapy（RCT）.Dental operative microscope（DOM） become more and more important for root canal retreatment because of its light and tremendously visibility.It increases the calculating and accurate of RCT.This article reviewed the form,feature and experience of DOM in nonsurgical treatment in difficalt root canal of endodontics.
