摘 要:在模拟反刍动物瘤胃温度条件下,利用半微量凯氏定氮法研究尿素和缓释剂添加量对复合蛋白饲料中尿素水解速率的影响.结果表明:尿素添加量相同时,随着缓释剂量的增加,尿素水解速率减慢.尿素添加量为20%时,以缓释剂量为5%的复合蛋白饲料中尿素水解速率最慢,较不加缓释剂的5号料低11个百分点.缓释剂量相同时,随着尿素添加量的增加尿素水解速率加快.尿素添加量为15%,缓释剂量为4%的2号料与尿素添加量为20%,缓释剂量为5%的4号料,到180 min时分别水解了80.33%和84.81%.Under the condition of simulated rumen temperature of ruminant animal, the effect of urea and slowreleasing reagent on hydrolysis velocity of compound protein feed was researched by using Kjeldahl 's nitrogen measurement method. The results showed that when the adding amount of urea was the same, the velocity of urea hydrolysis decreased with the increase of slow-releasing reagent. The hydrolysis velocity of the urea in compound protein feed was the slowest when the adding amount of urea was 20% with 5% of slow-releasing reagent, which was slower 11 percent than the feed that did not contain slow-releasing reagent. When the amount of slow-releasing reagent was the same, the hydrolysis velocity of the urea increased with the increase of the adding amount of urea. The urea hydrolysis of No. 2 Feed with 15% urea and 4% slow-releasing reagent and the No. 4 Feed with 20% urea and 5% slow-releasing reagent reached to 80. 33% and 84. 81% at the 180th minute respectively.
