摘　　要：高校机关职能部门,在学校的各项工作中起着举足轻重的作用。就高校机关职能部门的功能问题进行一些探讨,以期引起对高校职能部门功能的全面认识,充分发挥职能部门的作用,并提出了发挥好职能部门功能的有关措施。With regard to the crucial role that the functional offices play in colleges and universities, this paper explores the efficiency construction of offices in colleges and universities to arouse extensive attention and to fully develop their functions, Besides, some corresponding measures are put forward in the paper.
