摘  要:高校后勤社会化改革,经过前几年实践取得了阶段性成果后,现阶段深化后勤社会化改革遇到了一些热点问题如:改革模式、后勤投入、公益性、产权、校内改革同步和规范甲乙双方关系等问题。这些问题只有通过逐步开放校内后勤市场、人事制度改革、建立规范的监管制度和理顺各种关系等才能得到解决。After some phrasal achievements of the revolution of socialization of logistics have been made in recent years, colleges and universities currently hold two kinds of viewpoints. One viewpoint holds that the new logistic service has already taken shape basically, for example, some universities, mainly located in economically-developed areas, have already registered as independent corporations and that the logistic service entities have already participated in market competition outside the university. The other viewpoint, mainly held by the universities in undeveloped areas, is that the reform of socialization of logistics has stepped into "a black barrier zone when the spaceship returns" and is not clear about the next step.
