摘　　要：经营与管理是两个相互联系、相对独立的统一体。随着高等教育管理体制的不断深入,高校的办学自主权正在日益加强,大学已成为一个办学经营的实体。大学的理念也从过去的"管理大学"转变为"经营大学"。Management and administration are two interrelated and independent unities. With the deepening reform in the administrative system of higher education,a university enjoys more rights to run the school independently. In fact, it has become an entity. Therefore, the idea of running a university has shifted from ＂administration＂ to ＂management＂.
