永兴金银产业集群内生机制及发展问题研究

摘　　要：近年来,依托独特技术与地域文化的有效结合,凭借完善的民营经济体制机制和畅通的融资渠道以及高度开放的市场体系,在政策引导和扶持下,永兴内生式金银产业集群发展势头良好。但因群内没有形成有效的企业集聚机制,导致产业规模小,集中度低,产业集群配套能力较弱,产业链不完善,品牌缺乏文化内涵,人才缺乏以及创新精神不足等问题,应通过培育龙头企业,实施品牌战略,培育高级生产要素,促进产业中介组织的发育,建设区域特色文化等,促进其健康可持续发展。Recently, carbonating with special technology and local culture, having completed Private economy system and smooth business channel and highly open policy system, Yong Xing Gold and Silver Business Group has its bright future. But because of the lack of effective group control system, the business leads to a series of problem, for example, low production scale, low centralization, weak supporting capacity uncompleted business chain and lacking of business culture and creating spirit of talents. There are some effective ways as following to solve these problems： cultivating big company, canting on ＂top brand＂ policy, encouraging the developing of intermediaries, building regional cultural characteristics and encouraging health sustainable development.
