摘 要:平面机构运动链的分类与同构识别是机构结构分析与类型综合中的重要问题.对平面机构运动链结构组成进行探讨后,研究了运动链中的结构不变量.并基于缩杆关联矩阵提出了分类码与同构码,以此为基础,进一步提出了对运动链进行分类的基本码法以及同构识别的码谱法.基本码法分类的运动链类型机构组成学意义明确,利于机构特性分析.同构识别码谱法是对运动链进行分类细化后的同构识别,因此具有可靠性好、识别效率高等特点,已成功应用于12杆以下机构运动链型综合时的同构识别.The classification and isomorphism identification of planar mechanism kinematic chains are important problems in the structural analysis and type synthesis of planar mechanism. The structural invariants of planar kinematic chains are studied after some discussions to the structural compositions of planar kinematic chains. And based on the contracted link relevancy matrix, the concepts of classification - code and isomorphism - code are presented. As a further step, the basic code method and spectrum cede method are proposed respectively for classifying the planar closed kinematic chains and identifying the isomorphism chains. The types of kinematic chains, which are classified by the basic code method, are of clear and definite significance to the doctrine of mechanism composition, that is, it is advantageous to analyzing the characteristics of mechanism. The spectrum cede method of isomorphism identification is applied to identifying the isomorphism chains out of the finely classified kinamatic chains, therefore, it is characterized by great reliability and high efficiency in identification. It has been successfully applied to isomorphism identification of the type synthesis of the 12 -links and 12- below- links kinematic chains.
