摘　　要：目的研究乳腺肿瘤患者细针抽吸(FNA)脱落细胞表皮生长因子受体-2(c-erbB-2)蛋白的表达变化。方法运用免疫细胞化学(ICC)的方法检测71例乳腺肿瘤患者(28例导管内癌,22例浸润性导管癌,21例纤维腺瘤)FNA涂片c-erbB-2蛋白的表达。结果FNA涂片脱落细胞c-erbB-2的表达在乳腺导管内癌患者中阳性率为57.1%(16/28),浸润性导管癌阳性率59.1%(13/22),纤维腺瘤阳性率仅为4.8%(1/21)。结论FNA涂片行ICC检测c-erbB-2的蛋白表达,对了解乳腺癌的生物学特征,指导乳腺癌诊断、治疗和预后判断都有重要意义。Objective To investigate the expression of c - ebrB -2 protein in human breast tumor by fine - needle aspiration （FNA） biopsy. Methods The expression of c - ebrB - 2 protein was studied by immunocytochemical analysis in 71 FNA specimens （28 cases of intraductal carcinoma, 22 infiltrating ductal carcinoma and 21 fibroadenoma）. Resuits The positive rate of c - ebrB -2 protein was 57, 1% （16/28） for intraductal carcinoma, 59.1% （13/22） for infiltrating ductal carcinoma, and only 4.8% （ 1/21 ） for fibroadenoma. Conclusion The analysis of c - ebrB - 2 using FNA and immunocytochemistry is useful for preoperative study of the biological characters of the growth, guiding the diagnosis sand treatment and evaluating the prognosis of the patient.
