摘 要:利用车辆单轮簧上质量和最佳阻尼比系数,得到了油气弹簧在开阀压力,在此基础上利用开阀压力和流量之间关系,建立油气弹簧节流缝隙解析设计公式。对油液温度对节流缝隙的影响因素进行了分析,建立节流缝隙温度影响系数,有效地把握温度对节流缝隙的影响和变化规律。通过实例,对节流缝隙进行了解析设计与影响系数推算设计,并对两种方法的设计值进行了比较,对阀系设计参数进行了等效厚度、开阀特性和应力强度的校核,对设计油气弹簧进行了特性试验。设计和试验结果表明,油液温度对油气弹簧节流缝隙影响很大,节流缝隙解析设计方法是准确的,影响系数推算设计方法是可靠的。The openging valve pressure of hydro-pneumatic spring was got with the single wheel spring weight and optimization damping raito. The design formula of throttle aperture of hydro-pneumatic spring was established based on the relation of pressure and the flux. The influence of oil temperature to the throttle aperture was analyzed, the formula of temperature influence coefficient was founded. The throttle aperture of a hydro-pneumatic spring was designed with the methods of the analytic design and influence coefficient, the equivalent thickness of superposation slices, openging valve characteristic and stress intensity was validated, and the performance test was conducted for the designed hydro-pneumatic spring. The experiment and design results show that the oil temperature has influence to the throttle aperture, the analytic design method of throttle aperture of hydro-pneumatic spring is accurate, and the method of oil temperature influence coefficient is reliable.
