摘　　要：目的探讨Livin基因的表达与儿童急性白血病发生以及临床治疗效果的关系及意义。方法采用逆转录聚合酶链式扩增反应对53例急性白血病患儿骨髓液细胞中的LivinmRNA的表达进行检测。结果53例急性白血病患儿中Livin基因的表达率高于对照组（P〈0.05）；初治组中Livin阳性率低于复发组（P〈0.05）；Livin表达阳性组的耐药率高于阴性组（P〈0.05）。结论Livin基因的过表达可能与儿童急性白血病的发生有关，并可能是影响其治疗效果和预后的重要因素。Objective To investigate the expression of Livin gene in pediatric acute leukemia and its clinical significance. Methods RT-PCR analysis was used to detect the expression of Livin mRNA in 53 patients and 15 controls, Results The expression of Livin in pediatric acute leukemia patients was higher than that in controls （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression of Livin in relapse group was higher than that in the first treated group （ P 〈0. 05）, The Livin positive group had higher drug resistance rate than Livin negative group （ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Livin gene overexpression is closely associated with pediatric acute leukemia and drug resistance.
