摘　　要：目的观察妥泰合并氟哌啶醇及安定类药物对难治性慢性多发性抽动症(Gilles de la Tourette syndrome,TS)的疗效及不良反应。方法对20例难治性TS患者在原氟哌啶醇及安定类药物治疗的基础上加用妥泰。结果16例有效,4例无效,不良反应有头晕、困倦、食欲不振、出汗少。结论妥泰可辅助治疗TS,不良反应较轻。Objective To observe the clinical efficiency and safety of Topiramate in the treatment of patients with Gilles de la Tourette syndrome（TS）. Methods Some 20 patients suffering from TS received a Topiramate add-on therapy. The efficiency and side effect were evaluated after 2 weeks and 2 months. Results Sixteen cases had improvements above 33%, 9 cases had improvements above 67%. Side effects were generally mild such as dizzy, poor appetite and drowsy,fever. Conclusion Topiramate is a safe and effective drug which can be used as add-on treatment for TS.
