间隙对直线导路机构直线度影响分析

摘　　要：提出了动态下求解运动副间隙方向的误差逼近法．给出了近似直线不直度的计算公式，利用该公式可直接计算出近似直线轨迹最大误差和每一点沿近似直线垂直方向上的误差．This paper puts forward the error approaching method under the state of movment to solve the direction of hinge error,and gives the non-straight calculating formulars about the along the similar straight line on vertical direction.
