摘　　要：应用矩阵理论详细讨论ｎ×ｎ实矩阵Ａ存在Ｖｏｌｔｅｒａ乘子的充分必要条件，得到的方法和结果使用起来简单方便．The necessary and sufficient condition of the existance on the Volterra multiplicator of n×n real matrix is discussed in detial by using the matrix theory. It is convenient for application.
