摘　　要：目的:通过对侧面像和头颅定位片进行测量,探寻一种更为简单实用的软组织测量辅助分析方法。方法:选择正畸门诊病例40名,应用Photoshop软件对其侧面像进行定点测量,将所得数值与通过常规头影测量所得数值进行对比研究。结果:两种方法所得的全面凸角、面凸角和Z角之间不存在统计学的差别,而两组的鼻唇角则存在统计学差别;不同方法评价上下唇基角所得出的数值高度相关。结论:应用Photoshop对侧面相测量进行软组织侧貌分析表现出了良好的可行性。Objective The aim of this study was to find a simple and practical way in soft tissue evaluation, by measuring profile images with Photoshop. Methods 40 patients preparing to take orthodontic treatment were selected, standardized lateral cephalograms and facial photograms were taken for each patients.6 angles were studied in both cephalograms and photograms. Results There was no statistical difference between the two groups in angle of total facial convexity,angle of facial convexity and Z angle,but there was statistical difference in naso-labial angle. The other angles between two groups show great correlation. Conclusion It is feasible and convenient to evaluate the profile by facial photograph with Photoshop.
