摘　　要：目的:提取西安地区成人正常牙合完整的Ricketts头影测量分析法各测量指标的临床正常值,并进行男、女差异性的比较研究。方法:选取120例(男、女各60例)西安地区西安籍成人正常牙合个体,拍摄X线头颅侧位片,以均值±标准差的方法确定Ricketts分析法各个指标的临床正常值,然后通过团体t检验的方法,比较各个指标临床正常值的男、女差异性。结果:得出了完整的Ricketts分析法各测量指标的临床正常值。经统计比较发现,与牙齿宽度及咬牙合平面高度相关的指标男、女间存在明显差异;男、女间最大的差异性存在于代表深部因素的颅骨内部结构因素指标方面。结论:本研究所提取的完整的Ricketts分析法各测量指标的临床正常值可用于临床诊断分析。本研究结果提示男、女间颅颌面骨结构的差异性主要存在于颅骨的后部结构和高度方面。Objective To investigate the clinical normal values of the whole Ricketts analysis of the adults in Xi＇an area. The differences of the clinical normal values between male and female were analyzed. Methods The lateral cephalometric films of 120 adults （60 males and 60 females） with normal occlusion were taken. The clinical normal values （^-x±s） of Ricketts analysis were investigated. The differences of the clinical normal values between male and female were analyzed by Student＇s t test. Results The clinical normal values of whole Ricketts analysis were obtained. For the gender difference, it is suggested by the statistic analysis that there are some significant differences at the measurements related to the tooth size and the height of occlusion plane. And the most gender differences exist in the measurements related to the deep cranial structure. Conclusion The clinical normal values of whole Ricketts analysis obtained in the study may be used at the clinical diagnosis. It is suggested that the main gender differences at craniomaxillar skeletal structure are at the posterior cranial structure and height.
