人血浆中游离氨基酸的离子色谱／积分脉冲安培法分析

摘　　要：采用离子色谱积分脉冲安培法，在AminoPac PA10色谱柱上，用250mmol／L的NaOH溶液和1．00mol／L的乙酸钠溶液为淋洗液分离血浆中的游离氨基酸，以Au为工作电极，pH-Ag／AgCl电极为参比电极，检测了血浆中的16种游离氨基酸，无需衍生，检出限为0．11～3．3μg/L，样品加标回收率在87％～117％范围内。16 free amino acids in human plasma were determined by ion-exchange chromatography with integrated pulsed amperometric detection without derivation. The working electrode was a gold electrode and the reference electrode was pH-Ag/AgCl electrode. 16 amino acids were separated on an AminoPac PA10 column by gradient elution with 250 mmol/L sodium hydroxide and 1.00 mol/L sodium acetate. The recoveries of the 16 amino acids were in the range of 87% - 117%. The detection limits ranged from 0. 11 μg/L to 3.3 μg/L.
